Aleksander Scott Kusik

Aleksander Kusik is a solutions-oriented professional with extensive experience in civil litigation and legal administration. He currently works as a Corporate Litigation Paralegal at Raytheon Technologies Corporation where he assists supervising senior attorneys on high-stakes legal matters, responds to subpoenas and information requests through service of process, and helps with numerous cross-functional projects. Aleksander is the Vice President of Operations for the Northeast’s Employee Resource Group, Young Employee Success Network. He has been on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Paralegal Association since 2018. Aleksander has earned a Paralegal Certificate, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education Studies, and is currently living in Boston pursuing a Master of Science in Conflict Analysis and Peacebuilding.
